About Ted

It’s 2010 and I am still a loan officer! It has been a crazy year in the industry and there continue to be changes in loan programs and compliance guidelines every day. I am at your service to navigate all these new changes, get you the best terms on your loan, and help you with any questions you may have. I am available at all times of the day and night, including weekends. Most of you don’t have the time to talk during work hours so I know after hours and weekends are sometimes the best times to discuss your loan. I am also quick to return emails.

If you weren’t referred to me, more than likely you have found me through the internet via a 3rd party website. These sites send your information to me and a few other lenders and then let you choose the lender you believe will be the best. I’m sure you didn’t expect to get so many phone calls and emails. So why choose me? Let me give you 5 good reasons:

#5   I am experienced and have been a loan officer for over 8 years. I know how to get your loan funded.

#4   I am honest and straightforward. Check out my testimonial page. Those are real clients!

#3   Options. PRMI has many different investors. All have different guidelines. They all view your situation differently and will underwrite and price accordingly. Why limit yourself?

#2   MagniFund Group and PRMI. They allow me to impress my clients and realtors with quick turnaround times on your transactions and offer you very competitive terms on your loan. I wouldn’t want to be working anywhere else. Need a quick closing? I’m your guy.

#1   Yes I know… You want the best rates and low fees. I have those also. You ready to lock or just need to get pre-approved? Call me or fill out an application online.  Are you waiting for rates to increase? They will.

Born and raised in Long Island, New York you may find I have a funny accent while talking to me on the phone. It really is a New York accent with a Boston influence. Not Australian! I have spent the last 15 years living in various parts of California including San Diego, Orange County, and Marin County.

I was educated at the University of New York at Stony Brook and received my BA in Economics.

My interests are anything competitive (chess, football and rugby), traveling (Bali and Brazil!), and a good NY bagel.  I love Neal Stephenson books.
